Nice pond. as Koi can grow over a meter it's advisable to have some form of space. the norm is around 1 cm per 10 liters of pond. so in your case around 250 cm fish maximum. hope this helps M.

stem plant is Limnophila Heterophylla. as it looks you only have got it a short time because it has still it emersed form. Let it grow and trim it back by cutting the bottom part of and put the top part back. once it's settled it can grow rapidly. the floater is already said and correct., M.

If you would like to have some small great little ciclids this is one to consider :Dicrossus filamentosus. looking at your other fish, PERSONNALY I would stock to the celestichties, forget the cardinals or the neons, they prefer a bigger tank. best regards, Maurits

So a few weeks later, Algae problems seems to be under control, too much flow and too much additives seems to be working in this case.

ghe ghe, you're lucky. These tree frogs are really beautifull and quit easy to keep. A few things to keep in Mind. Take a paludarium ( = a wet terrarium ) aprox 60 cm high. Don't keep them too cool, somewhere between 23-26 degrees Celsius is fine. plenty of plants in your paludarium and spray...

Hi Ad. your inlet isn't the only reason, playing with the Co2 and your way of water changing is also not something I would advice to people. try to avoid big differences between tank water temperature and tap water temperature, 5 -10 degrees is fine, if it's more than this can be the start of...
